Even just walking in the door, you can tell this place is different from most offices. The people are SO friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment was with Dr. Frederico who was very easy to talk to. The appointment was quick while still being thorough. One of the nurses even talked with me to make sure I wasn’t overbilled!! If you’re not using this place for your health needs, you should try it out!

My experience here has been great. I want to give a huge thank you to Ana at the front. She went above and beyond on helping me with my patient paperwork. Ana was kind and patient while answering all my questions. Next, I want to thank the doctors and entire team at AHS for helping me as well. Advanced Health Solutions is super patient focused and I will definitely recommend a loved one to come here.

Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question we haven't covered? Call us — we're happy to help.
What causes sciatica?
Sciatica is caused by compression or irritation of the sciatic nerve — most often from a herniated disc, spinal stenosis, or muscle irritation in the lower back and hips.
When should I see a doctor for sciatica?
Seek care for sudden or severe leg weakness, loss of bladder or bowel control, worsening numbness, or pain that follows an accident or doesn't improve with conservative care.
How long does sciatica pain last?
Many cases ease within a few weeks with treatment, but recurring or persistent sciatica benefits from addressing the underlying cause to prevent flare-ups.
Do I need a referral to be seen?
No referral is required. You can schedule a direct evaluation by calling or booking online.
Will my insurance cover treatment?
Coverage varies by plan. Our team verifies your benefits before your first visit and can answer coverage questions when you call.
Can chiropractic care help sciatica?
Yes. Chiropractic adjustments can relieve the nerve compression driving sciatica, and are often combined with physical therapy for lasting relief.
Is walking good or bad for sciatica?
Gentle walking is usually helpful — it keeps you mobile and can ease symptoms — but avoid activities that sharply worsen the pain. Your provider can guide the right level of activity.
